jealousy

Is it worth it to be jealous or to make someone feel jealous ? Does it benefit anybody in anyway ? But it comes naturally when we suddenly envy somebody, and its because of something we dont have or lack off.

I dont really feel jealous of "jiran" anymore but whenever I saw her photo [ accidentally ], her housing area, or just anything that linked to her I will get pissed off .

I mean theres nothing to be worried off or scared off or intimidated by, so why am I so angry ?

Is it because she's the one who break his heart and eventually breaks mine a little ?
